I was lucky enough to be able to snag one of these bad boys , This grill is really impressive. I smoked a brisket for my inaugural cook , set the temp at 275 and took about 9 hours , the grill maintained temp within 5 degrees. If you're on the fence about getting one go ahead and whip out the wallet and do it.. You won't regret it.
