Country Style Ribs

Been a while since I attempted to smoke some country style ribs. My 1st round with them a few years ago was a #bbqfail, and was not happy with them at all. .

Decided to give them another try and so much happier with the way these turned out.

Seasoned these with Notorious P.I.G rub from PS Seasonings, and smoked until 160° internal temp , then placed them in a foil pan with a mixture of some apple juice and Blue Ribbon bbq sauce from @psseasoning. Wrapped the pan In foil and back on the smoker for another hour.

Once they reached 195° internal I removed from the pan and brushed On some Sweet Tooth blueberry glaze from @psseasoning and back on the grill to tighten up the sauce a little bit.
