Mix pancake and waffle mix with water until the mix is no longer lumpy.
Place egg rings on griddle and pour pancake batter into the egg rings , add a little swirl of syrup while batter is cooking. Once the batter has a nice bubble to it remove the egg ring and flip the griddle cake.
Scramble or fry your eggs and cook the bacon , construct sandwich and enjoy
