This is a basic sausage ball recipe except cooked on a smoker
I used my Char-Griller Gravity 980 for this cook
Set at 350 degrees and cooked for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown
pound sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
1 pound ground pork sausage
2 cups biscuit baking mix
1 tablespoon freeze dried chives ( optional)
1/4 cup milk (if needed)
